Multi-Timer is a sports or excercise oriented app that is designed to count down the duration of a number of periods. Each period is started with the sound of a whistle and ended with the sound of a buzzer. The original purpose of the app was to provide a timer that could be used during a wrestling practice. A number of wrestler would be assigned to a single mat. When the whistle sounds, two of the assigned wrestlers would begin wrestling for the duration of a single period. When the buzzer sounds indicating the end of the period, one wrestler would rotate out as another rotated in during the delay interval. Wrestling would begin again for the next period when the whistle sounds. This wrestling period and rotation would continue until the specified number of periods have been exhausted. There are many other applications where Multi-Timer could be of use. Multi-Timer can be adapted to any sports or exercise application where the participants are constantly rotating in and out or the type of activity changes after a certain duration. To enhance the activity, music can be played at the same time.
